• ASHWE don't charge for accreditation. Only $89 is charged for assessment. Course/ Program of Asia Pacific & African countries are offered $50 concession for the assessment process. ASHWE’s accreditation committee adheres to the quality of the content, target professionals and learning objectives & outcomes.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Prepare Course/Program Details

Ensure your course, workshop, or training program aligns with sports, health, and wellness education standards. Prepare the following details:

• Course/Program Title

• Duration (in hours/days/weeks)

• Target Audience (students, professionals, coaches, etc.)

• Learning Objectives & Outcomes

• Assessment Methods (if applicable)

Step 2: Compile Required Documents

Email the following documents to info.ashwe@gmail.com for evaluation:

1. Course/Workshop Outline – A structured breakdown of modules, topics, and learning methods.

2. Instructor Credentials – Resume/CV of trainers or instructors with relevant qualifications.

3. Assessment Criteria – Exams, quizzes, practical evaluations, or participation requirements.

4. Teaching Methodology – Online, offline, hybrid model, or practical-based training.

5. Proof of Organization (if applicable) – Business registration certificate or affiliation details.

6. Feedback Mechanism – How you collect participant feedback and ensure quality improvement.

Step 3: Review & Evaluation

• ASHWE’s accreditation committee will review the submitted documents within 7-14 business days.

• If additional information is required, you will be contacted via email.

Step 4: Accreditation Approval & Certification

• Upon successful evaluation, ASHWE will issue an accreditation certificate valid for a specified period.

• You will receive an official accreditation seal and logos for use on promotional materials.

Step 5: Post-Accreditation Compliance

• Accredited programs must maintain quality standards and provide periodic updates.

• ASHWE may conduct random evaluations to ensure compliance with accreditation guidelines.
